Heart of Texas Hospital Clinic Foundation Assessment Armstrong-Douglass provided consulting services to assess significant foundation movement at a clinic at the Heart of Texas Hospital System in Brady, Texas. At Home Store Partial Roof Collapse Armstrong-Douglass was retained to assess the cause of the collapse of a portion of the roof at an At Home store in Lancaster, PA. The collapse occurred during a heavy rain event and was attributed to ponding water. Tulsa Hills Armstrong-Douglass was retained to perform a structural assessment of three retail stores for a property owner prior to purchasing the properties. The structures had experienced up to 9 inches of differential movement prior to the acquisition of the properties due to a large water main break that went undetected. Armstrong-Douglass engineered repairs and performed periodic site visits during and after construction to evaluated if the differential movement has been resolved. VA Garland Armstrong-Douglass was retained to perform a structural assessment and structural analysis of an existing hospital for use as a government-funded medical facility. Armstrong-Douglass reviewed existing drawings, performed due diligence site visits, and performed a full structural analysis to identify any areas of concern.
