This project is ground-up clinic that will serve the island of Freeport, Bahamas.  A design wind speed of 200 mph created design challenges for the team.  Concrete fill is utilized on the roof deck to resist wind uplift pressures, and precast concrete panels are utilized to resist in-plane and out-of-plane wind pressures at the building perimeter.

Services Provided:   Structural engineering to a building permit level, plus assistance to the local structural engineer during the construction phase.
