FATE VILLAGE

This project is a 3-story, wood-framed multi-family complex.  The amenity center is a 3-story, free-standing structure that requires steel framing in order to create large column-free areas on the ground floor.  We are currently producing the project in Revit, which is unusual for a multi-family project but will yield better-coordinated construction documents.
