Phil joined Armstrong-Douglass Partners in 2016, after decades of award-winning architectural practice, first in his own firm, and then as a partner in a much larger national architectural practice.  He is responsible for raising the visibility and public awareness of Armstrong-Douglass Structural Engineers, with a goal of winning new clients to the firm and expanding its design footprint within existing client firms. He assists the founders in setting the strategic direction of the company while remaining closely engaged with new prospects and existing clients.
